John 1:1 says in the beginning was the word, the word was with God and the word was God. Jesus was the spoken word that became flesh and dwell among men. He came to show the very heart of the father which is Love (Agape kind of love). A love that the world could not understand because their heart was so far away from the Father because of sin. But God loved them too much to leave them dead in their sins, so He had an ultimate plan to sacrifice His only begotten son Jesus, so his children could be set free from the hand of the enemy and have the opportunity to be saved. It was never in God’s plan for us to parish but to have eternal life, and the only way to the Father is through His son Jesus who willingly led His life down so we could experience freedom from spiritual death. His love is not based on how good we are but how good he is. Love Wins!
